TotalCare Hygiene Services Ltd was created by Founder Bradley Bray, who believed on improving the cleaning services sector. In particular, he wanted to go against the Status Quo, with the aim to transform service levels and develop a business model that improves on both quality and sustainability through retention.

Learning from its heritage, 16 years previous experience, this fierce independent business has expanded into technical industries. Working with larger commercial Brands, such as: Accor, ABM, Epta, Pastorfrigor, Tesco and SACO, TotalCare has proven its model offers exceptional value to the needs of its clients.

Our operations are expanded throughout the south with demands in the midlands and the North. We will continue to drive our service levels to grow sustainable services business, without compromising on keeping our clients at the core of our business.

Company History

Beginning 2000-2015

TotalCare Services was born

TotalCare originally started out as domestic and office cleaning contractor. Early on it at ground roots level as a one man band offering daily cleaning services.

Between the years of 2000-2008, Total Care Services grew steadily expanding its service offering and its loyal customers.

In 2008, the world-wide recession hit. This attacked businesses across all industry of sectors.

2008-2016

Recovery and restructure during years of austerity.

Despite the recession, Total Care Services continued to offer its consistent high quality services. Due to loyalty and high quality service levels, this aided this business to overcome this troublesome period for the world economies.

2016

TotalCare Hygiene Services restructured into a technical service provider.

Total Care Services changes its name to TotalCare Hygiene Services to reflect its new model service model. Investment in equipment, training and support help to lift its service offering.

New specialist services have been introduced to expand our services to wider-range of customers across the south.

2017

TotalCare Hygiene Services partners up with leading brands

New clients across multiple industries joins the TotalCare client roster, including:

Epta Coldservice – Specialist refrigeration and air-conditioning contractor servicing brands as: Morrisons, Waitrose, Pret, Greggs, McColls and Central Convenience.

Tesco Plc – Supermarket refrigeration deep cleaning trials, successful

ABM – Supporting in the delivery of of M&S stores across all major train station locations.

Novotel – In house maintenance services

IBIS – In house carpet and upholstery services.

Park Plaza – Specialist carpet cleaning services

LDS (Charity) – Supporting in maintaining high standards for its patrons.

2018

Consistent delivery to maintain growth trajectory

TotalCare Hygiene Services reviews its service offering to focus on driving growth and attracting more commercial brands to its portfolio. Further investment in training, accreditations and certificates: SafeContractor, Altius, Refcom and F-Gas.

2019

TotalCare launches new online platform to move towards allowing customers to purchase products and book its services faster and quicker.

To deliver its services faster and more efficiently, while reacting to key client feedback, TotalCare Hygiene Services has now invested in other services and its online platform.

Key service features include: online booking, back-end admin support, direct online ordering of professional grade cleaning chemical products.

Bradley Bray

Bradley Bray, Founder – This entrepreneur begun his career as a cleaner from the age of 16 years old. Working for different cleaning companies he could see how efficiency is improved through training and correct level of resources.

During 2008-2017, he worked for chemical manufacturer and tools distributor. Starting as a Sales Engineer he progressed to Sales Director – During this time the business more than doubled in its growth.

Monday - Friday
